Job Description

Ly Hour Leasing Plc. was officially licensed in 2015 by National Bank of Cambodia. Its business is mainly focused on leasing properties to both individual household and business. Operation is starting in Phnom Penh and available to all business network in Cambodia. To support for growth, we are currently looking for a dynamic, energetic, committed and experienced candidate to fill in the vacancy as following position.

  • Sales Manager (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Analyze the market, including competitors and consumers’ need to target potential segments;
  • Maintain and build strong relationship with customers to ensure that they satisfy our products and services;
  • Lead sale teams and support new products launch to the market;
  • Drive activities to push sales performance to reach target set;
  • Drive brand awareness through direct customer contact;
  • Collect and update market information and propose action plan to manager;
  • Propose new ideas and product development to keep up with current market trend;
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor in Sales & Marketing or related field;
  • At least 3 years’ experience with microfinance, banking or leasing related fields.
  • Ability to have good communication skill in Khmer and English.
  • Honesty, high commitment, team spirit
  • Computer skill: Microsoft office and Internet & e-mail
  • Be able to travel to fields/branch networks at rural areas when required;
  • Be able to work independently with strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
